Dr. Marandi and Dr. Ebrahimpour are the husband-and-wife team behind Dentistry@1881. Together, they provide comprehensive dental care for patients across Toronto, combining preventive dentistry, restorative treatment, dental implants, cosmetic care, and advanced dental surgery.
Dr. Marandi focuses on family and preventive dentistry, helping patients maintain healthy smiles through attentive care and long-term oral health planning.
Dr. Ebrahimpour brings specialist expertise in dental restorations and dental surgeries including bone grafting and dental implants, helping patients restore damaged or missing teeth with treatments such as crowns, bridges and implant-supported restorations.
Their shared goal is to provide thoughtful, patient-centred dental care that supports both oral health and confidence.

What a pleasure!
In January, Dr Marandi assessed one of my molars which was cracked and causing me low-level discomfort. She recommended a crown and I can say I was delighted not just with the result but also with the process. The process involved two appointments and in the first appointment I was impressed by Dr Marandi’s patience as she removed the outer fractured portion and prepared my molar so that it would have the proper shape to serve as a solid base for the crown. I also like that we jointly selected the right colour for the new crown to match my other teeth.
The second appointment to install the crown was shorter but equally thorough as she made sure my bite after the installation was correct.

I am a client with Dentistry 1881 for many years and have always received excellent, patient centred care. Recently I have been cared for by Dr Ash Ebrahimpour and Dr Sara Marandi, who have continued the practice following Dr. Tamo’s retirement this year.
Dr Ash performed my first Crown treatment and I am now the owner of a perfect new crown! I will have a second crown done in January. I was nervous about having a very unfamiliar procedure done and was treated with great care and kindness throughout the 2 step procedure. I was supported every step of the way.
Dr Sara performed a very difficult filling on a rear molar and again gave such kind and supportive care to me during the procedure.
I feel very safe with both of these Dentists and am very grateful that Dr Tamo found such wonderful dentists to step into her very big shoes to fill!

Of course! Our dental office is devoted to comprehensive dental care that’s infused with kindness and integrity, and it’s always wonderful to learn that patients have enjoyed our services so much that they’ve referred family and friends.
We’re happy to see new patients at our dental office as well. A referral is the highest compliment we can receive, and it helps our dental office grow. Your family and friends are always welcome!
If swollen or bleeding gums, bad breath, or persistent decay trouble you, our team of hygienists will assess your diet and oral care habits.
They can design a custom care plan to improve your oral health. You are not entirely healthy until your mouth is healthy, and good oral hygiene is essential to good overall health.
If you are an existing patient with a dental emergency, please call our dental office for immediate assistance. After hours, the dental emergency service is available at 1650 Yonge St. They can be reached by calling (416) 485-7121.
Children with dental emergencies should be taken to the hospital for emergency care.
With 5 hygienists working, all at once on select Saturdays. we can accommodate the entire family all at once, We do this so that we can help patients who have difficulty attending during our normal business hours. No evening appointments are offered.
